Recommendations for care:
 - keep away from the water;
- do not bath, shower with amber jewellery;

- keep off  the open fire (avoid overheating);
- put your favourite perfume or hairspray, makeup, body and sun creams before putting on amber jewellery;
- store your jewellery away from the sun.

How to Return:

YOUELLA will accept returns of unwanted items (except earrings for the hygiene reasons) within 30 days of purchase (UK) and 30 days (overseas).

All jewellery must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Please complete and include the returns slip that was sent with your original purchase so we can process your request swiftly.

The jewellery returns must be sent by Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by us.

Once we've received your return we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns will usually be processed within 7 working days, although during busy holiday period this may vary.

Refunds will always be processed onto the same credit or debit card or the papal account used for the purchase.

​Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear on your card or pay-pal account.
