Shipping and Returns

 Shipping

 

Youella ecom jewellery shop offer delivery to the UK and Worldwide.

All orders will be shipped signed for with tracking number.

Shipping time might take 7 working days or longer. Orders may be subject to security checks, which can cause delays in the processing of orders.

The Parcel will need to be signed for in person. Please, make sure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery(home or work).

Delivery and Right to Cancel

All orders will be shipped after the order payment amount is transferred to our bank account or pay-pal account.

In case the order payment amount is not transferred to our bank account or pay-pal account within 7 banking days after receiving the order confirmation, YOUELLA has the right to cancel your order.

Returns

How to Return  

​

 

YOUELLA will accept returns of unwanted items(except earrings for hygiene reasons) within 30 days of purchase (UK) and  30 days (overseas).

All jewelery must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

    Please complete and include the returns slip that was sent with your original purchase so we can process your request swiftly.

   The jewelery returns must be sent by Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by us.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once we've received your return we' ll send you an email with an update. Returns will usually be processed within 7 working days, although during busy holiday period this may vary.

Refunds will always be processed onto the same credit or debit card or the papal account used for the purchase.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear on your card or pay-pal account.

Exchanges 

 

Exchanges for polymer clay and amber pendants; rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces are not provided as it is handmade product, and is unique.
